I know I said I was going to stop posting here but then saw this shot and it looked so many orders of magnitude better than the dumplings I had for lunch today. Anyway, New Restaurant Tuesday over at Gitlo’s Dim Sum. This is the place that kept pimping the idea they were open all night in press interviews when they first got rolling but all-night was actually just til 10:30pm. Really though, who among us should really be eating that late? Them’s be drinking hours.

Point being,

The Cantonese Dumplings were filled with chive, water chestnuts, ginger, shrimp, and pork and were pan fried. The filling was generous and the wrapping delicate and perfectly cooked! Very tasty!
