Periscope Depth distills the essence that is Redneck’s.

…who follow a business model that really should get more play:
1. Sell fried food; and
2. Stay open 30-45 minutes after the bars close.

Although they forgot point 3) charge 5x(!) more for fries than is remotely reasonable on the correct presumption that anyone there is desperate enough for sobering grease to not notice/care.
