I have no idea what “Jesus is a Shoe Company” means but the title of this little graphical post (“Sole Power“) reminded me of something I came across a little while back. Here’s the Solar Boston website where you can maptastically cruise around town checking out various solar and biodiesel installations. Allston’s got two installations, producing around 58kilowatts of power (per… hour? day/week/month?). Whichever way, it’s not a terrible lot of green juice. If you’re interested in putting one in yourself check out the (amusingly acronymn’d) Database of State Incentives for Renewables Efficiency.
