The Pet Shop on ‘Broken Windows’

Graffiti is one of my pet peeves. That, and the various signs and messages that people tape onto utility poles in the area, hurt the neighborhood. It sends a wrong message that this is a place that is out of control and unsafe. And, as I mentioned, this is actually a very safe place to be.
